    Proofreading Test Instructions

Post by yealo on Sat Dec 26, 2009 3:55 pm

Ok! First of all, I would like to thank you for taking an interest in our group! We are in great need of staff atm.

    Bow

Now, for this proofreading test, I would like you to first fill up the form below:

(eh, no need for name. Ha we use the name you registered here)

    MSN/YAHOO/SKYPE:
    Age:
    Location:
    Timezone:
    Time you are usually online:
Series you prefer to work on:
    Experience (leave blank if none):

I will PM you the test once you've made a new thread in this section with the form properly filled-up.

Now, the reason why I do not want to post the test here is because some applicants might just copy the tests of others. So in order to avoid that, I've decided to make the tests private. It would be a shame to recruit incompetent staff and it would also be unfair for those who did their test well.

We are willing to train people who haven't had any experience yet. And I would also like you to know that I will still be monitoring your proofs even if you already passed the test. This is to ensure that you provide quality proofs because I do not like our group to release scans that are not of good quality. Rest assured that I will stop monitoring you once I have seen that you can do well on your own.

We do not need proofers who are slackers. We don't need those who will proof 1 chapter/month. We want dedicated proofers.

Filling up the form above means you are willing to abide by our rules.

And that's it. Thank you once again and goodluck!
Good job Good mood Shy Ha Bow
